Wanting something a little different to the ubiquitous, nasties-stuffed jusroll? I’ve packaged a few blocks of my own puff pastry in waxed paper and popped them in the freezer for easy transfer into yours. I use the best butter in the land from the Edinburgh Butter Company, sandwiching and folding it in layer upon layer with my trusty pastry mangle. Ready for your sausage rolls or beef wellington or fruit pie, or any number of good things wrapped in pastry.

Are there any other times other than those stipulated I could come to the Bakery to collect orders?
I bake everything to be ready for collection at the times stipulated, but get in touch if you have a specific request and if I can help I will. There is a possibility of leaving the goods in a lock up box outside Clarence House for those who need to come outside of work hours.
I have some allergies, how can I tell if the food will be ok for me?
