My mincemeat has been gently marinating, readying itself to be encased in crumbly shortcrust pastry. Mince pies abound everywhere you look of course, but I particularly favour this gentle blend of fruits and spices. I don't make mountains of them, limited numbers so grab them while you can!

Are there any other times other than those stipulated I could come to the Bakery to collect orders?
I bake everything to be ready for collection at the times stipulated, but get in touch if you have a specific request and if I can help I will. There is a possibility of leaving the goods in a lock up box outside Clarence House for those who need to come outside of work hours.
I have some allergies, how can I tell if the food will be ok for me?
