Mel Luckhurst has grown some stunning lavender this year, thriving in our west Penwith climate. Here she has gathered it in generous bundles for your home drying: it smells absolutely divine and you can use it as is, or split it down further and use it to scent your drawers and living spaces. Food grade so also perfect for a scented sugar or cake (I have made lavender and honey madeleines before and they were delicious). Grab a bundle while it's here for its brief moment in the sun.

What if I can't make it to collect on the day I've pre-chosen?
Let me know as soon as possible and if I can help by amending the order collection time/day I will
Are there any other times other than those stipulated I could come to the Bakery to collect orders?
I bake everything to be ready for collection at the times stipulated, but get in touch if you have a specific request and if I can help I will. There is a possibility of leaving the goods in a lock up box outside Clarence House for those who need to come outside of work hours.
I have some allergies, how can I tell if the food will be ok for me?
Please note that I use nuts, seeds, milk and eggs in some recipes baked in my kitchen. Allergens are marked in the ingredients list for each product in bold, but please email me if you have any questions.
