A new house loaf for spring 2025! Developed in-house with a top team of bakers, this is a truly wonderful loaf with a creamily soft crumb, well balanced flavour profile, and signature crackling sourdough crust. We had such fun working on this and are really proud of the result. Try it!
Made with organic white flour with a little wholemeal and rye, and flavoured with Sicilian sea salt.

Are there any other times other than those stipulated I could come to the Bakery to collect orders?
I bake everything to be ready for collection at the times stipulated, but get in touch if you have a specific request and if I can help I will. There is a possibility of leaving the goods in a lock up box outside Clarence House for those who need to come outside of work hours.
I have some allergies, how can I tell if the food will be ok for me?
