Fancy a slice of Christmas cake without the responsibility of consuming an entire cake?

I have baked a section of my traditional Christmas cake to slice and sell by the slab, just a tiny number for anyone wishing to taste but not overly commit!

Weighty with all the good stuff - toasted hazelnuts, myriad dried fruits (figs, apricots, cherries, prunes), ginger, orange and lemon, homemade candied peel, brandy and butter. Doused with more brandy and decorated with home made almond paste and nuts (an icing-free zone).

What if I can't make it to collect on the day I've pre-chosen?

Let me know as soon as possible and if I can help by amending the order collection time/day I will

Are there any other times other than those stipulated I could come to the Bakery to collect orders?

I bake everything to be ready for collection at the times stipulated, but get in touch if you have a specific request and if I can help I will. There is a possibility of leaving the goods in a lock up box outside Clarence House for those who need to come outside of work hours.

I have some allergies, how can I tell if the food will be ok for me?
