Wild garlic season is upon us! Nature's bounty gathered from the banks of the Helford river. They give a lovely kick to creamy ricotta zinging with lemon and capers, and partnered up with buttery roasted leeks on a flaky puff pie base.

Are there any other times other than those stipulated I could come to the Bakery to collect orders?
I bake everything to be ready for collection at the times stipulated, but get in touch if you have a specific request and if I can help I will. There is a possibility of leaving the goods in a lock up box outside Clarence House for those who need to come outside of work hours.
I have some allergies, how can I tell if the food will be ok for me?
