Full day Introduction to Bread-making: this class teaches how to make many different kinds of bread: covering basic principles, different kinds of dough, inclusions, kneading, shaping and proving - through to baking and taking home a huge bag of bread to wow their family and friends. Refreshments and a delicious lunch all included, running 10am to 3pm.
Half day workshop: I offer a range of these to choose from, eg Italian breads, sweet buns & biscuits, or how to make the perfect pastel de nata. Refreshments included, classes usually run 10am to 1pm.
All your voucher recipient needs to bring is an apron and a large bag to take home the spoils!
When you place your order, I will contact you to arrange collection or delivery of a card voucher to pass on or be sent direct.

What if I can't make it to collect on the day I've pre-chosen?
Let me know as soon as possible and if I can help by amending the order collection time/day I will
Are there any other times other than those stipulated I could come to the Bakery to collect orders?
I bake everything to be ready for collection at the times stipulated, but get in touch if you have a specific request and if I can help I will. There is a possibility of leaving the goods in a lock up box outside Clarence House for those who need to come outside of work hours.
I have some allergies, how can I tell if the food will be ok for me?
Please note that I use nuts, seeds, milk and eggs in some recipes baked in my kitchen. Allergens are marked in the ingredients list for each product in bold, but please email me if you have any questions.
