Hurrah for asparagus season! One of the few truly seasonal delicacies out there, and none finer than the beautiful crop from St Enodoc Asparagus in north Cornwall. 

For one week only you can taste it here on a savoury puff pastry galette with a few other delicious morsels to set it off beautifully

Organic white flour, butter, egg, cheese, asparagus, other vegetables and herbs tbc!

Please note that I use nuts, seeds, milk and eggs in some recipes baked in my kitchen. Allergens are marked in the ingredients list for each product in bold, but please email me if you have any questions.

What if I can't make it to collect on the day I've pre-chosen?

Let me know as soon as possible and if I can help by amending the order collection time/day I will

Are there any other times other than those stipulated I could come to the Bakery to collect orders?

I bake everything to be ready for collection at the times stipulated, but get in touch if you have a specific request and if I can help I will. There is a possibility of leaving the goods in a lock up box outside Clarence House for those who need to come outside of work hours.

I have some allergies, how can I tell if the food will be ok for me?
