Introduction to bread-making
Welcome to the simple pleasures of making your own bread!
In this 5 hour class you will learn how to prepare a variety of breads - kneading, shaping, proving and baking - with refreshments and a delicious light lunch thrown in. You get to enjoy a fun and informative few hours with your fellow bakers, and go home at the end of the day with a bag full of bread, a bunch of recipes and some valuable new skills to wow your friends and family with!
Just bring an apron and I'll provide the rest.
Classes will take place in my bakery in Clarence House, in central Penzance, and run from 10am until 3pm with a maximum class size of 4.
