From the mixing and shaping, to baking and tasting, and especially to sharing this experience with others who love it just as much... a deep dive into bread chat ahoy! \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis one day course is suitable for beginners or anyone already baking and wanting to improve the consistency of their bakes. We will cover the fundamentals and process in depth, with plenty of hands-on time making our own loaves. You'll leave with new skills, experience and confidence to make your own bread at home.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt the end of the day you will take home your loaf in a banneton ready to pop into your fridge and bake the next day, along with other items we have baked during the day.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe workshop includes refreshments and a light lunch, a banneton and a dough scraper, and your course notes to support you after the class (and I'm always here for further questions and troubleshooting of course).
